Ozzealand Migration Ltd was established by Amar Rai and Dan Fujikawa, bringing together a vast pool of knowledge, resources and experience of migration, immigration law, business, education and settlement in both Australia and New Zealand. Both Amar and Dan are licensed, qualified and highly experienced and share a committment to excellence and integrity in the highest standards of the profesison.

Dan Fujikawa

Dan is a director of Ozzealand Migration and is a New Zealand Licensed immigration Adviser (LIA 201401242) and is qualified through the GCNZIA in 2014. Dan is also studying law and passionate about doing things right. Client success is always at the forefront, and he strongly believes that success comes from the correct application of the wide range of legal pathways that are available to clients. Cutting corners or trying dishonest tactics are not the pathway to a successful outcome, instead using skill, knowledge and experience to find the best strategey for a client is the value added quality that a migration professional must bring to an application, appeal or general planned migration pathway.

Dan manages the New Zealand applications, immigration law and compliance areas of Ozzealand Migration, and likes to be hands on as much as posisble as well as managing other LIAs.

Amar Rai

Amar is a director of Ozzealand Migration and is highly qualified in law, business, accounting and commerce. he holds an LLB, B.Com, M.Com and MBA along with other industry qualifications and awards. Amar is qualified through a Graduate Diploma of Migration Law & Practice, and is a registered OMARA Australian Migration Agent (MARN: 2418366) and is highly experienced in Australian migration.

Amar is an accomplished entrepreneur and is well known for his acute business sense and high standard of ethics he brings to all his dealings. Amar manages the business and financial aspects of Ozzealand Migration as well as Australian based migration work.
