Visa applications
Both New Zealand and Australia have similar system for visa applications, but there are different requirements and different rights and obligations. The one thing in common is that the applications are never just a check-box activity. Each application needs to be specifically crafted to match the requirements set out in law and the expectations of the assessing immigration officer.

- Directing and assisting you with collecting all the necessary documents,
- Checking these documents and giving advice on anything that requires amendment
- Putting together the application and submitting it on your behalf
- Managing any issues that may arise and advise you on anything that needs to be done to resolve these issues, or we just resolve them directly, depending on the matters raised
This service continues until a decision on the visa is reached and then we communicate this to you
Value addedness
We keep in mind "value added" in everything we do and firmly believe that using a professional must add value in some way. In terms of visa applications the value that is added is all the extra work above just filling in the application form. Some people misunderstand that visa applications are like a passport application and that if you just fill in the form then it will be approved, this is far from the truth. Value can be added in the way the application form is filled out, because in New Zealand mistakes in the application form are deemed to be providing false information. Value is added in the quality of the supporting documentation, what to add, what not to add, and even the look of it. Value is added in a formal, legal presentation of the application and aguing points of law to Immigration when they et it wrong.
